System Manager

About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Shanghai.

Your Profile as System Manager:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in ADAS, autonomous driving, automotive electronics, or related system engineering roles, more than 5 yrs management experience
• Strong background in system architecture, embedded systems, or perception systems etc.
• Experience with automotive OEM/Tier1 development processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and multi-cultural environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Define & optimize the system engineering design process
• Lead the system team to deliver work products per ASPICE
• Establish the system engineering capability, Vehicle System common capability, Embedded system capability, Hardware knowledge, software knowledge, Linux operational knowledge for ADAS domain controller and Vision domain knowledge, optical domain knowledge, etc.
• Cross-Functional Technical Leadership
• Functional Safety & Regulatory Compliance
• Project Support & Delivery
