System Architecture Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in R&D team at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a System Architechture Engineer:

• Develop system architecture design for Front-Steering / Rear-Steering/ Steering-by-Wire and allocate system requirements to elements of system architecture design
• Develop system architecture requirements(SYS.3) which derived from system requirements(SYS.2)
• Prepare Technical Safety Concept (TSC) document to fulfil Functional Safety Concept as well as safety goals
• Lead or support system-level analysis activities as required – DFMEA, FTA, DFA, DRBFM, etc.
• Lead or support system-level issue investigation
• Lead or support benchmarking activities and relevant technical analysis
• Co-ordinate with X-functional teams (i.e. project management team, sub-system teams, testing teams, safety team, et al.)

Your Profile as a System Architechture Engineer:

• Experience in multi-domains (i.e. Embedded software, electronics, electric motor, automatic control). Motor control experience is a double-plus.
• Experience in functional design of complex systems
• Hands-on experience in requirements management as well as the associated tool (IBM Rational DOORS) is a plus
• Experience in SysML (familiar with Rhapsody / CAMEO is a plus)
• Experience with lifecycle management tools (Integrity / Codebeamer is a plus)
• Ability to work with both global and virtual teams
• Fluent spoken and written English (oversea experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build critical skills and develop key talent
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus
• Background on Front-Steering / Rear-Steering/ Steering-by-Wire system design is a plus
• Familiarization with ASPICE process is a plus
