We are looking for new colleague in Shanghai Location.

Your Task:​

  • Central sustainability contact person and multiplier for the assigned commodities ​– Metal Group

  • Interface/Close Cooperation with MM Sustainability Teams​

  • Assure cluster internal alignment, information flow from and inside cluster​

  • Analysis & assessment of cluster-specific sustainability risks & chances, as well as development of measures to minimize or mitigate the risks in cooperation with the MM sustainability team ​

  • Status reporting to reach targets, bundle topics and prioritize topics ​

  • Collaboration in the integration of sustainability into commodity strategies & deriving road maps​

  • Support target setting and break down in alignment with cluster head​

  • Initiate, drive and collaborate on central commodity-specific sustainability initiatives​

  • Monitoring of sustainability trends of the underlying cluster​

  • Support customer & supplier escalations on sustainability topics/performance on demand​

  • Training for commodity buyers towards sustainability

 

Your Profile:​ ​

  • Know how and experience in sustainability and technical know how​

  • Experience in purchasing or supplier development preferred​

  • Project management (as team member / project leader)
