Strategy and Transformation Leader

About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as strategy and transformation leader:

• Lead ADAS strategy in APAC region including but not limited to define strategy and planning, product roadmaps, core development projects, ecosystem/partnership
• Tech scouting, market forecast and product benchmarking
• Drive strategic business development such as coordinating Sales/Portfolio in the strategy
• Be in part of global Strategy team, fully aligned for APAC and global in below areas
• Make sure to use right aligned materials in communication with customers and global team
• Lead partnership project in APAC including site separation, tools, TSA etc.

Your Profile as strategy and transformation leader:

• Tech company & Global Tier 1 mixed background.
• 8 year+ experience in ADAS industry with deep engineering knowhow.
• Strong business sense and negotiation skills needed.
• Strong overview, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
