Standardization Engineer

We are currently expanding our teams in China and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Implementation of model and drawing design quality check to mechanical and mechatronic products
• Consultancy and coaching of ZF departments within the introduction of the geometrical product specifications and model-based definition.
• Create reference models/drawings according to the rules of the geometrical product specifications.
• Provide cross-division standard management service, on both internal (ZFN) and external (ISO, DIN, GB...) standard.
• Participate and lead ZFN standard revision project.
• Tolerance calculation support during product design

Your profile:

• 5+ years’ working experience of mechanical design/quality related in automotive industry.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical/mechatronics engineering
• Understanding of automotive technology and automotive industry
• Knowledge of 3D-CAD (CREO or CATIA)
• Good knowledge of ISO-GPS/ GD&T standards as well as ISO standards within the framework of technical product documentation.
• Tolerance calculation working experience will be preferred.
• Skills of coordination and technical communication ( English or German as well )
• Teamwork, share knowledge with other colleagues
• Self-learning, quick understanding skills
