We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for execution and sustainability of Inventory Management Vision and Strategy in Region
• Responsible for all Inventory Management sub-domain functions demand planning, material planning, procurement and network management
• Setting of regional OP targets within annual planning process in alignment with SCM domain heads and controlling of resp. activities to meet the targets
• Drives the triangle of sales, production and inventories to achieve excellence S&OP results
• Drives innovation and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer delivery performance in region, reduce inbound costs and improve supply chain efficiency
• Leads, develops and mentors regional SCM/CIM teams in order to run maximum efficiency considering lean and flexible principles
• Implements processes standards and drives digitalization and automation initiatives
• Builds, develops strong network and trustful relationships across ZF Aftermarket, corporate functions and sourcing network
• Ensures high compliance standards for central Inventory Management functions in regions
• Drives the approach in the region for world within SCM organization
• Accountable for Remanufacturing materials availability and core management
• Responsible for fulfillment of Regional service obligations and lifecycle inventory strategy

Your profile:

• Strong Supply Chain Management background, high influencing and impacting skills & ability to manage high complexity
• Excellent change management skills
• Digital platform tool expert (IBP, SAP S4/Hana, Power platform, Data analytic)
• Demonstrated leadership and track record of influencing others toward implementing key tools and strategies in a complex and diverse environment
• Strong negotiation skills - able to forge strong relationships and maintain credibility internally and with suppliers abroad
• Extreme high experiences in problem solving and prevention methods
