Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our manufacturing team at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as Sr. Manufacturing Engineer:

• Analyze new processes and equipment to continuously improve existing methods.
• Develop process documentation and train personnel on using new processes, materials, and equipment.
• Support production in resolving high-level technical issues.
• Provide technical support for product launches, including design reviews to enhance manufacturability.
• Apply oral and written communication skills in internal and external regular and special reports/presentations.
• Establish performance requirements for equipment, materials, and processes; conduct supplier searches and equipment evaluations to ensure quality products can be produced at an effective cost.

Your Profile as Sr. Manufacturing Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree from 211 university and above, major in mechanical engineering or related.
• Proficiency in assembly and leak testing processes such as press fitting, screw fastening, leak testing, sealing assembly, and riveting, with expertise in at least two areas.
• Hands-on experience in assembly projects spanning from process development through mass production, with a background in automotive parts, electronics, or non-standard assembly industries.
• PLC programming or debugging experience is a plus.
