We're looking a new colleague to join ZF Aftermaket at our location in Xuhui, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

Lead strategy development and deployment and strategic topics in APAC, to becoming the ecosystem orchestrator
Define and deploy sub-regional strategic “musts be” initiatives, monitoring results and continuously refining to meet long-term target and goals, with collaboration with sub-regional teams
Build and evolve strategy development & deployment processes to empower and enable the APAC leadership team and key stakeholders, ensure common understanding & commitment
Liaison with 5 sub-regional leaders, to reflect the dynamics & uniqueness of each sub-region
Ensure through sub-regional communities of practices, state-of-the-art competence for maximizing customer impact
Drive selected strategic projects
Attract, develop and retain an agile, diverse virtual team or resources pool of high potentials highly connected within the sub-regional organization and Division B

Your profile:

Strong strategic agility, high influencing and impacting skills & ability to manage high complexity
Ability to set clear vision, simple to understand and rally around
Ability to challenge the status quo & to question our paradigms
Strong experience in customer strategy and know-how of the regional markets with an outside-in perspective and customer-centric attitude
Background in research and analytics techniques
Tech-savvy in evolving technologies – ability to connect the dots, is plus
Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group sessions
Work experience in sub-regional units or multiple functional areas, such as marketing or business development in complex matrix environment
