Sr. Customer Quality Engineer

  • Have APQP develop experience and management the quality progress of new project development phase and maintain APQP system
  • Handle customer complaint and keep a good relationship with customer
  • Monitor customer quality system and push internal team to make effective action
  • Responsible communication with customer for the product/process change management of SOP phase
  • Cross function communication and ensure major customer complaints are resolved within customer required time.
  • Organize the onsite report meeting for quality issue
  • Lead the daily meeting with customer and push team to provide feedback asap
  • Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality
    control areas.
  • Lead company change management
  • Support production to do continue improvement
