Sr. Customer Quality Engineer
Your tasks:
- To manage assigned customer quality issues and ensure they are resolved in an efficient & timely manner, ensure major customer complaints are resolved. To work with other departments to establish root cause & appropriate short/long term corrective actions
- Rejects analysis coordination and analysis report ( or/and customer 8D report ) reparation; Analyze data to detect quality problems and recommend corrective action
- To conduct 0-km PPM and field PPM calculation, and coordinate 0km complaints between customers- and production sites
- Interpret specifications for products to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations. Lead for product/process change management. Apply verbal and written communications skills in periodic and special reports/presentations both internally and with customers
- Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects in major quality control areas. Execute and follow-up on the necessary actions to obtain customer PPAP and closing of NC of customer audits
Your profile:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English.
- Family with the IATF16949, can prepare or complete the related audit according the items requirements
- Knowing the VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 audit requirements
- Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision making skills (Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent).Good experience with customer complaints management
- Family with using the 8D/3X5why/QC 7 quality tooling to solve quality issue. Family with the APQP/FAME/CP/MSA/SPC quality tooling
