- The Customer Account Manager is a part of Sales& Business Development. The Prime role of Customer Account Manager is supporting development projects.
Major Responsibilities
List the major responsibilities and accountabilities of this position. Include quantifiable data where appropriate (i.e. budget dollars, etc.)
- Cooperate with global sales team to develop and create new business opportunities with strategic customers in China.
- Present new TRW Automotive Active and Passive Safety system concepts to OEM customers in China.
- Prepare the Project Summary and coordinate the pre-project screenings with China Sales organization.
- Present business opportunities to top management and support top management decision.
- Coordinate vehicle level quote packages with cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for price negotiation with OEM customer and for getting contracts signed by customers.
- Support commercial issues of program management.
- Support the sales team from TRW JV and plant to improve the account management with strategic customers.

- Background in customer contract negotiations resolving commercial quality delivery issues.
- Familiarity with customer quotation processes and the ability to develop close relationships with customer to maintain account profitability.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Maturity and responsibility
- Willingness to work under pressure.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above with Business Management or Trading
Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering/mechanical.
Language: Proficiency in both oral and written English
Experience: 5+ years experience in multinational company, with strong sales experience, preferred in Automotive background.
