Accountability:

• Lead Braking Software project successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring controlling and closure.
• Take responsibility for Braking Software on-time delivery basing on customer/project milestone.
• Identify, plan and monitor/control Software project team’s activities.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor Software project team’s resource.
• Support Software requirement clarification.
• Define and synchronize software project scope within ZF internal and customer.
• Support the issue investigation found by customer or ZF internal department

Activities:

• Execute software application project to achieve full compliance with agreed customer requirements and ZF-internal requirements concerning software.
• Develop the software Work Breakdown Structure and manage software related work product in PTC.
• Monitor resource allocation and effort to ensure the software application cost committed in the budget.
• Take responsibility in MAN3/MAN5 in software field to achieve process target.
• Closely interact with global SW departments (India, China, Germany, US).
• Act as ZF & Customer production line support window for software side.
