Service Engineer

What you can look forward to as Service Engineer:

• According to the arrangement of technical service department leader, in accordance with the technical specifications and requirements of the company, complete the workshop maintenance and on-site service, solve the product failure and meet customer needs
• Provide maintenance service for the users of ZF products independently, accurately judge and effectively eliminate the failure, timely, accurate and complete maintenance service report
• Explain to the customers what the root causes for the failures are and what need to be taken care of.
• Complete the tasks assigned by KAM or service supervisor in time
• Improve work efficiency, and ensure service quality

Your Profile as Service Engineer:

• Above 2 years working experience in automotive
• Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive or mechanical
• Master the structure and knowledge of automotive transmission
• Know about vehicle structure and related knowledge
• Be familiar with Office and test software
