We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket as Technical Service Engineer for ZF products of commercial vehicle and industry.

 

Your tasks: 

  • In accordance with the technical specifications and requirements of the company, implement and complete the technical service work, solve the problem of customer to increase its satisfaction. 
  • Provide in-time effective and efficient technical service for the users of ZF products independently. Technical service covers Technical diagnosis, technical training, on-site service, workshop overhaul, etc.  
  • Submit service report after service is done. Service report shall cover all requested information completely, accurately, concisely and logically. 
  • Carry out other works assigned by the superior or the company. 

 

Your profile:

  • Fresh graduate is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree, major in automotive or mechanical or related.  
  • Will travel frequently (30%-50%). 
  • Good English skills — Read English service manuals and complete service report in English.
