• Provide maintenance service for the users of ZF products independently, accurately judge and effectively eliminate the failure, timely, accurate and complete maintenance service report
• 独立为ZF产品的用户提供维修服务工作，准确判断并有效排除故障，及时、准确、完整地完成维修服务报告
• Explain to the customers what the root causes for the failures are and what need to be taken care of.
• 就现场服务发现的问题、故障向客户进行讲解，确保客户知晓故障原因；
• Complete the tasks assigned by KAM or service supervisor in time
• 按时完成大客户经理或服务主管委派的生产任务
• Improve work efficiency, and ensure service quality
• 提高生产效率，确保生产质量
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction
• 对客户满意度负责。Familiar with ZF products and maintenance knowledge and introduce to customers
• 熟悉ZF产品及维护保养知识并向客户介绍
• Answer user technical questions
• 解答用户技术问题
• Collect and report market information in the course of service
• 在服务过程中，收集和报告市场信息
• Carry out other work assigned by the superior or the company.
