Senior Finance Analyst

We are looking for a new colleague to join our finance team in Shanghai.

Your Tasks:

• Coordinate Financial Reporting among different Asia Pacific sites and Prepare for Financial Analysis.
• Assist with monthly closing, monthly forecast, and preparation of Operation Plan and Strategic Plan.
• Prepare Financial Reports including variance analysis, general accounting and interpretation of financial results from operations.
• Develop and implement internal control programs and procedures, which are consistent with corporate policies.
• Maintain/keep financial reports in auditable condition and in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist to provide financial analysis as well as solutions to senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Resolution of operational issues between finance and other functional departments.
• Training finance persons on accounting and acting as a bridge of corporate and sites.
• Coordinate investment approval process for Divisions.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. CPA or other equivalent professional certification is preferred, but not necessary.        
• Minimum 6 years experience in finance or Financial Analysis preferably for a manufacturing company. Those with working experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage.
• Strong English speaking and writing abilities. Must be able to communicate with people from different countries whose native language is non-English.
• Trustworthy with unquestionable ethics.
• CPA, or equivalent is a plus. 
• Experience with Hyperion and QAD is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision, but a team player.
• Ability to interact with colleagues from other functions.
