Senior Cyber Security Engineer

About the Team

We are Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions, we are currently expanding our R&D team across China and looking for new colleagues to join us in Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer:

• Enhancing and improving engineering processes to comply with Cyber Security standards like ISO 21434 / UN ECE / GB 44495 /J1939-91C cyber security regulation
• Specify and develop new security controls (e.g. TrustZone, IDS, PKI, ...)
• Analyze and track automotive cyber security trends and emerging technologies
• Develop security requirements (system, software, hardware) and perform security risk assessments, systems analyses and design reviews for systems and networks
• Train the engineering community in the field of Product Cyber Security
• Interact with customers and represent the company in international committees
• Reverse-engineering of the organization platforms and products
• Penetration testing of embedded systems and exposing and exploiting new vulnerabilities

Your Profile as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer:

• Master degree in engineering is preferred, 3+ years in cyber security, knowledge of automotive engineering processes
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security related engineering processes and concepts
• Hands-on experience on MPU/MCU platforms and web application security design and implement; comfortable with low-level debugging and system bring-up context
• Practical experience of Cyber Security solutions and development (e.g., TrustZone, TEE, TF-M, TPM, security software libraries, etc.) in automotive domain is an asset
• Practical experience in using mainstream AI tools in daily workflow, including AI application setup, prompt engineering, AI-assisted code generation and review
• Extensive experience in cyber security reverse engineering and exposing, exploiting vulnerabilities, as well as cryptography algorithms, secure protocols, embedded SW development
• Background with embedded systems, knowledge of IoT microcontrollers and devices, and knowledge of vehicle networks and Over the Air software update mechanisms
• Fluent English is a must
