Sales Support

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague Sales Support for our Division Industrial Technology at our location of Shanghai, China. 

What you can look forward to as Sales Support:

• Responsible for the Sales Plan management. Support sales to achieve the sales KPIs, support sales for drafted contracts for customers etc.
• Responsible for the customer EDI system management, including order confirmation, delivery notification, invoice uploading, etc.
• Responsible for contacting and communicating with customers about the regular orders and forecasts.
• Responsible for the monthly sales report about the orders and forecasts, the delivery process, and the payment status, etc.
• Work closely with the “order and logistics specialist” in plants to confirm the order delivery date to customers.
• Assist the Manager in continuously improving the internal processes and regulations on the Orders/Forecasts/Payment Management.

Your Profile as Sales Support:

• Bachelor's Degree in international trade, commerce, finance, & logistics or related majors. With Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)​. Experience with SAP is preferred.​ Sales Admin/Coordination, Customer Services, Planning, or Import & Export function experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. 
• Collaborative/coordinative (interacting with several internal stakeholders, prioritizing activities) across a variety of functions within the business.
• Strong analytical skills (driving analysis, deriving “insights”, making recommendations).
• Strong communication skills (cross-country, influencing).​
• Good English and Mandarin skills.
