Sales Supervisor
We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Caohejing,Shanghai
Your tasks:
- Manage the commercial team in process, planning and reporting activities.
- Introduce the Sales related Group/Division procedure, regulations and guidelines to China Sales Team and follow the implementation of them.
- Responsibility to establish/optimize and implement business related process according to Group/Division Procedure, in order to make sure daily business run correctly and effectively.
- Regular planning and follow-up of quotation approval activities and organize necessary approval meetings according to process.
- Coordination/Participation in the ZF internal planning processes and strategy planning process in communication with PL sales leads and division commercial management.
Your profile:
- Strong communication skills and willingness to build internal and external network
- Fluent English and logical thinking
- Reliability of task completion and active follow up of pending issues
- Intercultural communication skill
