We are looking for a new colleague Sales Manager - Material Handling for our Division Industrial Technology at our location of Shanghai.

 

 

Your Tasks:

  • Defend and grow ZF driveline business in the Material Handling Market in China.

  • Support the development of Sales and Product Strategies for the assigned market and execute them. Achieve the OP and SP target.

  • Support the development of Sales Plans for Material Handling Machinery and implement all possible actions to achieve them.

  • Key Account management on key material handling segment customers, to define the business strategies for the Key customers.Closely cooperate with Passau and Hefei teams for customers and products related issue.

  • Execute regular customers visits to understand their strategies/ needs and foster relationships.

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Solid hunting and farming sales capabilities. Possess all hard skills to manage B2B Sales of complex systems in the Chinese market. Precise and accurate in tasks completion and follow-up of pending issues.

  • Capable to work in a team, supporting and implementing team's decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills. Able to create relationships with customers at any level.

  • Open, trustworthy and empathetic. Looking for challenges. Proactive in problem solving. Able to be stable and productive under pressure and adverse conditionsWilling to compromise as individual when there is conflict between interests of the individual and those of the organization.

  • Good coumincation skills in both verbral and written English as well as Chinese.

  • Available to business trips to Germany if necessary (product trainings and business discussions).
