We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket at Chengdu/Guangzhou (Home Office).


Your tasks:

  • Work as team leader to analysis market size & potentials, and set up regional sales strategy mirror to BL strategy.
  • Leading sales team to manage the daily sales and service work of the regional and customers, and ensure the realization of the sales target
  • Develop team members' potentials and improve team competency.
  • Develop CV sales and services in fleet business & workshops especially big fleets opportunities.
  • In the sales system and policy framework, according to plan to continue to promote the marketing work, improve the ZF marking influence, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Based on business needs and market conditions, continue to effectively promote regional business optimization and customer development work.
  • According to market information to generate policies and plans.
  • Participate in and assist other business related work assigned by the company or department.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5 years sales / customer related experience.
  • Experience on team leading and management
  • Automotive or Industrial parts industry is plus. E-commerce channel experience is plus.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with positive personality
  • Good computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint; good analytical skills and mindset.
  • Strong anti-pressure ability
  • Self-motivated and actionable, able to fulfill the tasks independently and manage multiple tasks in a well-organized way under fast moving environment.
