SQA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a new Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our quality team base in Minhang district, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Lead claim Management Suppliers; Lead the supplier quality management after safe launch. Responsible for intern company supplier management. Lead supplier requalification plan and validation.
• Perform annual process audit if necessary. Lead for Supplier Performance monitor and improvements. Read Across to the suppliers of the same type. Responsible for supplier annual quality target agreement.
• Responsible for identifying defective parts from suppliers and claiming for scrap materials. Organize and track supplier's systematic improvement work based on annual performance to improve supplier's overall level.
• Participate in the analysis of company quality issues.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Vehicle Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 3 years’ experience in vehicle components
• Deep understand IATF16949 and VDA6.3;Familiar with the commercial vehicle components related technologies.Deep understand APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA,FMEA; Familiar with SQM system, like QD83, PSCR and so on;
• Proficient in using office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Master various quality analysis tools,
• Fluent daily English communication, reading and writing of English materials.
