About the Team
We are expanding our R&D team across China and looking for a Tuning professional to join us in Shanghai Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.

What you can look forward to as a Ride Work Tuning Engineer:

• Responsible for tuning of commercial vehicle suspension components (shock absorber) / system
• Responsible for tuning: plan formulation and process coordination, as well as the verification of parameters after tuning
• Responsible for performance integration tuning of electronic control suspension system, such as ECAS / ESAC, CDC, etc.
• Responsible for benchmarking of vehicle stability and comfort
• Review relevant customer technical specifications, drawings and other documents, and be responsible for the review of relevant technical agreements
• Support for the reclamation analysis of shock absorbers
• Assist in manufacturing of new prototypes of shock absorbers
• Provide technical support for other departments in the company in terms of relevant products

Your profile as a Ride Work Tuning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechatronics, vehicle engineering or mechanical design
• Familiar with the commercial vehicle’s chassis suspension and components related technologies
• Familiar with vehicle kinematics, control principles and control methods
• Experience in vehicle dynamic calibration (traditional shock absorber, CDC, ECAS, ESAC) preferred
• Having commercial vehicle (truck / bus) driver's licenses preferred
• Proficient in office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and strong sense of accountability and team spirit, proper skills of organization and communication
• Fluent daily communication (English), reading and writing English materials
• Frequent & Long-term business trip acceptable
