§Execution of Fit/Gap analysis by each RU, in function of customer order management, warehouse management and purchasing

§Evaluation of gaps and creation of process requirements

§Functional testing of new processes

§end user training / support,

§Master data governance and risk  evaluation and maintenance

§Integration process test in locations

§Go Live support / onsite support

Support regional plants for Process Management CIM/SCMs:

§main key/end user contact in regional locations

§Know how transfer for defined standard processes to key/end user

§Conduct process audit based on defined standard processes

§Improve processes in existing locations

S4/Hana project team member in global rollout project, (potential 1 year aboard assignment)

Rollout next ERP in region APAC aftermarket （2024-2027）

 

§In-depth knowledge in plant/DC and industry operations

§Knowledge of transportation modes and distribution network

§Knowledge of supply chain network design

§Working experience with Industry 4.0, automation and digitalization technologies

§Proven track record in delivering logistics and supply chain optimization projects

§Ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders

§Multifunctional leadership skills to aggregate different areas towards common objectives

§Proven project management skills or PMI certification

§Proven virtual leadership abilities

§Continuous improvement mindset
