Regional Sales Manager

  • Develop, maintain and enhance ZF/TRW specialist distributor network in the region.
  • Formulate regional sales plans in line with the China IAM sales strategy and product strategy. Implement the strategy and achieve annual sales target and network plan target.
  • Monitor distributor performance via regular visit, meetings, reports and all other necessary methodologies, identify distributor performance and competence gaps, formulate improvement plan and implement.
  • Be responsible for the execution of ZF/TRW key city sales program, in close cooperation with BD/MKT team, build and strengthen strategic relationship with key customers.
  • Ensure quality carrying out of marketing activities within the regional according to the plan and schemes of central marketing.
  • Manage and monitor the delivery of technical training calendar to the distributors and workshop customers in the region.
  • Ensure the implementation of company's order, warranty and AR collection policies. Monitor account receivable and make sure the collection of customer payment on time.
  • Lead and develop regional sales team via recruitment of vacancy and coach/ improve CSM's individual selling and distributor management skills.
