Regional Outbound Logistics Coordinator

About the Team

This position is part of the ZF ADAS & HPC business unit known internally as "Capri." This business unit is planned for divestiture to Harman International, a Samsung company and global innovator in automotive technology, presenting a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the ADAS space.

What you can look forward to as Regional Outbound Logistics Coordinator:

• Lead and govern the monthly S&OP cycle including Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP.
• Maintain and improve the S&OP cadence, calendar, templates, KPIs, and documentation.
• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and accountability throughout the process and deliver monthly Executive summary.
• Facilitate demand planning meetings with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Master Production Schedulers, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
• Consolidate forecasts from commercial teams into a statistically validated, consensus demand plan.
• Track forecast accuracy, Take Rate, On Time Delivery and other performance indicators; drive continuous forecast improvement.
• Identify key market drivers, risks, and opportunities impacting demand.
• Track and assure smooth production transfer by utilizing Production Transfer process, smooth SOP and EOP.

Your Profile as Regional Outbound Logistics Coordinator :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and supply planning concepts.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across varying levels of the organization.
