We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Xuhui District, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

•Enhance/Build up a strong, qualified PS organization in the Region to provide lean expert know-how to x-functions, plants. Lead and coordinate PS Region Team;

•Foster continuous know-how transfer and build-up of Lean expertise;

•Ensure priorities cross-plants PS activities, support and resource sharing;

•Ensuring PS method box is reflecting Region business needs, its sustainable roll out/ adherence and sufficiently qualified PS resources / cross-functions are available across the company;

•Ensure and track key CIS projects and pipeline of projects;

•Ensure collaboration between plants and x-function in own Region;

•Monitor lean implementation progress in Region and validate effectiveness of needed actions;

•Lead PS organization in Region fostering knowledge transfer/best practice sharing;

•Drive and implement PS strategy in Region, including coordination and optimization of x-functions;

•Steering and monitoring of PS key topics/requirements (e.g. PS Roadmap, PS Objectives, CIS, ICON) and strategies for Lean implementation in Region;

•Develop and Deploy Region PS Roadmap aligned with Division PS Roadmap for achieving targets defined

Your profile：

•Academic degree in technical field or equivalent

•5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment

•Profound knowledge & experience of PS / Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods

•Excellent comprehension and understanding of products & manufacturing processes of the product line/ region

•Strong leadership skills in the matrix with team spirit

•Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problem, to present topics, to run project and building teams

•Robust network within Product Line/Region and Divisions

•Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English

•Coaching skills on management level
