  • Drive and manage Customer Quality Excellence by understanding VOC (Voice of the Customer)​
  • Drive and manage Customer Scorecards and Customer Performance to achieve Customer Satisfaction​
  • Drive and manage communication of Customer requirement across the organization​
  • Drive and manage Customer requirements reviews and analysis to ensure compliance and feasibility​
  • Drive and manage customer complaints and escalations to closure

 

Your Profile as [Job title] (m/f/d):

  • Broad Quality automotive background and experience, ideally in Passive Safety​

  • Ability to drive strong customer focus inside the organization to meet customer requirements​

  • Ability to execute priorities through collaboration with all stakeholders in a matrix organization​

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and to anticipate customer needs​

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with the customer Geely Volvo and its quality requirements and processes are desired.
