This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

What you can look forward to as Quality Excellence Engineer：

• Project based quality planning and production quality, customer quality experience
• Identify opportunities for quality operational excellence improvement with data analytical driven skills and work with relevant stakeholders to implement improvement or problem solving.
• Support DQR reporting with an overview on improvement opportunities with quality data and deep dive the details.
• Develop data analysis skills for Quality team member.
• Create Quality Management Innovations with data intelligence and automation.

Your Profile as Quality Excellence Engineer:

• Excellent data analysis skills
• Understanding of data management & analysis tools
• Passion to drive and pushing cross functional team execution
• Fluent English communication, Good influencing and interpersonal skills
• Customer quality or project quality experience
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a high volume or data rich complex manufacturing industry
• Six-Sigma Black Belt preferable or must achieve during probation period.
