About the Team

This position is part of the ZF ADAS & HPC business unit known internally as "Capri." This business unit is planned for divestiture to Harman International, a Samsung company and global innovator in automotive technology, presenting a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the ADAS space.

What you can look forward to as Treasury Analyst:

• Monitor daily cash positions, bank balances, and short-term liquidity across entities, ensuring sufficient funding and cash availability.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly cash reports and cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning.
• Support intercompany funding activities, including cash pooling and netting, to improve group cash efficiency.
• Optimize cash utilization and minimize idle cash in line with treasury best practices.
• Maintain bank account structures, signatory lists, and mandate documentation, and support bank relationship management.
• Execute and record treasury transactions, including payments, intercompany loans, and FX deals, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
• Assist in monitoring FX, interest rate, and liquidity risks, and support the execution and accounting of hedging transactions in accordance with treasury policy.
• Ensure treasury activities comply with internal policies and local regulations, support audits, maintain treasury controls, and prepare treasury reports for management and headquarters.

Your Profile as Treasury Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or banking
• Experience in multinational corporations or shared service environments is a plus, fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Exposure to cash management, FX, or banking operations preferred
• Solid understanding of cash management and basic treasury concepts
• Knowledge of financial instruments (FX, loans, deposits) is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Familiarity with PRC banking environment and SAFE regulations is an advantage
