Your tasks:

operating general leadership of e-motor Projects according to ZF-Product development process with the support of project core team (including other BU/Division)
kick-off and regular verification of the product cost calculation under consideration of the cost goal achievement and solution of deviations (product cost controlling)
create and review the project timing schedule with project core team, project monitoring, incl. regular reporting to customers and/or steering committee/ management
operating of risk management, change management and conflict management, leading team Product/Project management, delegate tasks and set clear goals and deadline
day-to-day operation of team management, incl. monitoring team performance, discovering training skills.

Your profile:

bachelor degree or above of engineering or business major, at least 3 years related working experience in automotive area, fluent English level.
good knowledge of product engineering process in automotive area, good technical understanding for complexes mechatronic system, familiar with ZF internal process is a plus.Experience regarding project controlling (resource, priorities, statement and milestone)
structured working method, analytical thinking, solution oriented for problem and conflict management, able to work under pressure, assertiveness and purposeful under critical statement
strong leadership, communication and coordination skills within interdisciplinary and international professional groups.
PMP certificate is preferred.
