Project Manager

About the Team

We are looking for a Project Manager for Product Line Axle Drives in Division Electric Powertrain Technologies.

What you can look forward to as a Project Manager:

• Management of projects in the field of eVD Reducer to project completion over the entire product life cycle.
• Definition of objectives, schedules and milestones in coordination with the customer, as well as tracking them and ensuring compliance.
• Management of the international project team.
• Support and motivation of team members.
• Definition, distribution and delegation of work packages within the team according to the roles and skills of the project members.
• Regular report of the project status to the customer and to the internal management.
• Responsibility for the development and, if necessary, industrialization of the product in compliance with customer requirements, internal processes, legal requirements and state of the art.
• Timely recognition of critical situations in the project.
• Define and take appropriate countermeasures in coordination with management.
• Responsibility for the commercial success of the project. Recognition and negotiation of "change requests" with the customer.

Your Profile as a Project Manager:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in project management, engineering or related technical field required.
• 5 years working experience in full cycle of project management for mechanical product in automotive industry.
• Language: English proficiency required.
• Excellent communication skills.
