This position is part of the ZF ADAS & HPC business unit known internally as "Capri." This business unit is planned for divestiture to Harman International, a Samsung company and global innovator in automotive technology, presenting a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the ADAS space.

What you can look forward to as Engineering Project Manager:

• Lead business development by providing proposal and project expertise for new opportunities, close collaborate with sales and portfolio to drive the new business.
• Lead end-to-end project from award through post SOP+3 months, ensuring compliance with GDPEP process and timely management reporting with appropriate escalation protocols.
• Monitor and control ERD/Capex/BOM costs, driving functional teams to maintain financial KPIs against baseline targets.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, resolving interface issues and promoting teamwork across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., VAVE targets) across all project phases.

Your Profile as Engineering Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years in automotive industry (3+ years in PM role), with ADAS/autonomous systems experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication (oral/written English) and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• Agile/Waterfall methodology expertise; PMP certification advantageous; With Engineering background preferred.
