We are looking for a new colleague, a Project Manager for our product line Off Highway, Division Industrial Technology at our location of Songjiang District, Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Project Manager - Off Highway:

• Project management and application engineering for complex drive systems in Off highway Industry. Be responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following Project Phases: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
• Responsible for balancing the competing demands of scope, time, and cost based on customer requirements and specifications according to ZF GDPEP 1~8. Act as interface with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.
• Application engineering and development support for related products.
• Actively support in component sourcing from local suppliers in China.
• First customer contact and coordination for quality and service.
• Close contact with ZF Sales & Engineering team globally.

Your Profile as a Project Manager - Off Highway:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in project management, engineering or related technical field required. Experience in a full cycle of project management for power train or vehicle transmission products in the off-highway industry, experiences of the full life cycle of project management for industrial products or none standardized products also considered.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and local language Chinese, be fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. German is not required, but would be a plus.
• Skilled in MS office programs, MS Project, and Basic knowledge of common hardware of off-highway equipment and the components.
• Active in communication, building of internal and external networks.
• Ability to work under little supervision. Reliability of task completion and follow-up of pending issues.
• Willingness to travel within China and to Germany.
