We are currently expanding our Mechanical Design team and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

Planning
Budgeting
Receives minimal supervision – once/week to once/month as needed
People leadership and teambuilding
Customer interface
Lead new product launches that have new technologies from concept to production.
Creates process flow chart for new products
Leads cross functional teams in the effort of analyzing manufacturing data for the purpose of implementing difficult continuous improvement activities.
Interprets complex design changes and leads the effort to incorporate the change into manufacturing
Complete Green Belt training and support the facility’s GB initiatives as mandated
Travel to other ZF sites, customer sites or supplier sites to provide support or execute instructions as provided by management or senior engineering leadership

Your profile:

Exhibits good communication skills
Bachelor degree
At least over 3 years working experiences
