The Project Engineer (program management back office function) supports/advises the project team with regard to PMO tasks for project management.

Your tasks:

Safeguarding standards and corporate divisional guardrails for project management
Supporting project managers by execution of defined processes and tools
Planning and operational execution of defined project-based activities
Responsible for investigating and analyzing project status and overall solution definition
Other assigned activities in program management function

Your profile:

Mid to Extensive experience in Project and/or Program Management (>2 years), successfully worked in projects – part project lead.
Ability to work target orientated with high level of service awareness and attitude.
Wide knowledge in Project Management tools and processes, PMP certification preferred, knowledge form external activities – former OEM member or consulting experience.
Highly agile and foster new style of empowerment and working methods, experience in agile project management and working methods recommended.
Fluent in spoken and written English, German advantageous. Familiar with international working statutes and cultural empathy.
