Product Manager - Industrial Drives

About The Team

This Job Role is part of Job Family "Sales & Market" / Sub-Job-Family "Sales Support" and includes jobs responsible for analyzing trends and developments on relevant key markets, cooperating with internal sales and external market research resources as well as with customers to ensure best forecasting and planning of all potential turnover and sales figures, both short term an long term. The team is consists with some senior engineers and is lead by a seasoned business lead from industrial drives sector. We are looking for a Product Expert for our product line Industrial Drives at our location of Shanghai. 

What you can look forward to as a Product Manager - Industrial Drives?

• Support the Application Design, Acquisition, Sales, and Project Management for the Industrial Drives business.
• Support regular customer care and contact to acquire related market intelligence. 
• Together with the R&D team, find the solution for OEMs.
• Competitor analysis and observation.
• Customer and market analysis to define the detailed product strategies and support the implementation. 

Your profile as Product Manager - Industrial Drives:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related major.
• 10 years of working experience in sales support/application management/product management in the non-automotive area (means off-road vehicles) or equivalent.
• Good English & Chinese skills both oral and in written.
• Active in communication, has successful cases of building internal and external networks for work. Able to get ideas through by influencing and convincing.
• Teamwork spirit, has a high sense of responsibility. Able to work under pressure and without surveillance.
