We are looking for a new Quality Manager to join us in Shanghai.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Prevention Quality/APQP management of Product Line in AP region, including Q-plan, LRT, RFMEA, MPCE, War Room process, working with Engineering Quality, etc.

  • AP Gate Review voting member representing Quality for Cat.ZF & Category 1 projects.

  • AP CCB ownership – voting member representing Quality & Global CCB participant.

  • Lessons Learned Quality ownership in Product Line to embed into new projects development.

  • Global or AP led Product family CTQs development/ownership in AP Product Line.

  • Tactical measures leadership in Product Line following AP & Global Div.A Product Line Quality Strategic Measures (CTQ, TRACE, Lessons Learned, QRCM, Product Safety, etc.).

  • Driving relevant cross functions of AP Product Line to continuously improve the product robustness, including Design/Engineering, Process/AME, Supplier. Development, etc., by following strategic planning and structured approach or measures.

 

Your Profile:

  • Functional teams, ideally on an international scale and partially remotely.

  • Software and Mechatronics experience preferred, high awareness of lean manufacturing principles, processes, tools and techniques in complex environments, ideally in the automotive industry.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all hierarchy levels.

  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, financial acumen.

  • High result, customer and change orientation.

  • Excellent English language skills and willingness to undertake global travel.

  • Knowledge and experience in quality planning, quality assurance, quality management systems, quality tools & methods.

  • Deep understanding of product & processes in product line.

  • Technical and commercial understanding of quality impact on KPI.

  • Management of international and intercultural teams.
