Pricing Supervisor & Analyst

  • According to the demand of superior, develop the working plan and method for the responsible business and achieve the business objectives, incl. sales amount, margin, existing and new range effectiveness etc.
  • 按上级的要求,制定所负责专项业务的工作计划及方法,完成所设定的各项业务目标,包括销售额、毛利、新老件号销售率等。
  • Set and optimize the price for every product based on the market situation and business needs.
  • 基于市场状况和业务需要,合理设定并不断优化各产品的销售价格和销售政策。
  • Support the establishment and continuous improvement of the responsible product parts database, technology database, training database, marketing materials / programs, product supply support, after-sales service and other sales support system
  • 支持建立并持续完善专项产品零件数据库、技术资料库、培训资料库、营销物料/方案、产品供应保障、售后服务等销售支持体系
  • In coordination with other sales staff to establish, maintain, develop and continue to improve the responsible business channel network, improve the efficiency and quality of the channel.
  • 指导、协调销售人员建立、维护、发展并持续完善专项业务渠道网络,提升渠道效率和质量。
  • Provide guide and support to sales team and customers based on the direction of responsible business as well as market situation.
  • 基于专项业务工作方向,以及市场状况,对销售人员及客户进行业务指导、支持。
  • Continue to promote the sales of the responsible business, improve the market share, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • 持续推动所负责专项业务的营销工作,提高专项业务的市场占有率、客户满意度及品牌忠诚度。
  • Coordinate the relationship between the responsible business and other business to maximum resource efficiency.
  • 协调所负责专项业务与公司其它业务的关系,实现资源效益最大化
