Plant Quality Manager

We are looking for a new colleague Plant Quality Manager for our Product Line Chassis Components, Division Chassis Solutions at our location of Shanghai. 

General Description：

Supervise and monitor company's quality management system; Organize and coordinate internal, customer and system audits; Organize defining corrective actions and follow-up; Organize incoming inspection, testing and experiment; Supervise the archiving management for quality documents; And manage quality assurance activities including supplier quality assrance, advanced quality planning, daily quality control, handling of non-conforming parts, 0km and warranty claim from customers through supervising QA team.

Your Tasks:

• Set up and maintain IATF16949 quality management system. Guarantee reductions on quality costs, customer satisfaction and company profitability through continuous improvement on quality system.

• Organize and coordinate internal, customer and system audit. Coordinate defining, implementing and follow-up corrective actions. 

• Define quality performance indicators based on company's operation plan and target. Make sure the indicators are periodically monitored.

• Responsible for the daily management of incoming inspection, lab and testing room, measurement room to assure effective supporting to process quality control.

• Manage quality assurance activities including supplier quality assrance, advanced quality planning, daily quality control, handling of non-conforming parts, 0km and warranty claim from customers through supervising QA team.

• Responsible for the running and management to SAP Q module and meet the group requirement to electrical quality data.

• Prepare monthly report of QM department and yearly management review report of company.

• Take effective measures and report to supervisors in case of deviation in goal achievement or deregulation.

• Other duties as assigned.

Your Profile: 

• Skills, Education and/or Experience: Engineering Degree (BA/BS or above), demonstrable relevant work experience. Previous management experience.

• Excellent communication skills and ability for building teamwork and cooperation among work colleagues and intra-departmentally is essential. Demonstrable computer and analytical skills are essential.

• Training: APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, JIT, QS9000, IATF16949, VDA6.3, and so on.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese, both orally and in witttin. Has the ability to translate documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals along with company quality culture into practical working procedures and OKRs.
