Planning Supervisor

Job Description

1)    Responsible for providing effective leadership and support to the team incl.customer service, material planning and production planning.
负责为团队（包括客服计划，物料计划和生产计划）提供有效的领导和支持。
2)    Guarantee 100% on time deliveries to customers (OEM, OES, MA), with good planning and communication with plant and customers.
确保客户100%准时交付（OEM, OES, MA）, 良好的计划策略，在工厂和客户间发挥良好的沟通桥梁作用。
3)    Responsible for weekly/monthly sales and rolling forecast by all customers, and weekly OOH report by data analysis to ensure an accurate forecast demand.
负责周度/月度客户销售预测报告，OOH报告，以及预测数据分析，确保客户预测精确。
4)    Responsible for weekly MPS review, and monthly SIOP review, working with production to evaluate the production capacity with accurate rolling forecast, send pre-alert, and take pro-active actions to balance the peak volumes.
负责周度MPS报告和月度SIOP报告，和生产一起基于滚动预测进行产能分析，发送预警，以及提前措施来平衡波峰客户需求。
5)    Responsible for production line utmost utilization and capacity balance, support production fulfillment efficiency.
负责生产线产能的最大利用率和产能平衡，支持生产达成率的有效性。
6)    Responsible for material planning, tracing and coordinating import material 100% OTD, minimize premium freight.
负责物料计划，追踪协调进口件的100%准时到货率，最小化额外运费。
7)    Responsible for supplier management, rating and performance improvement.
负责供应商管理，评估和绩效提供。
8)    Responsible for backlog analysis, shortage analysis on routing timely manner, escalate potential risks in advance, and take active action with cross function to clean backlog and shortage issues.
负责backlog的分析，短缺料的分析，日常循环工作，提前预警潜在的风险，和相关部门协作采取有效措施清理欠交和短缺风险。
9)    Inventory Control and Management in plant and 3PLs. Responsible to implement and manage strong inventory management system in plant.
负责厂内及寄售仓库存控制与管理。负责实施和管理工厂强有力的库存管理系统。
10)    Responsible for monitoring weekly stock level and forecast, carry out ABC class analysis for all active parts, and review with planners - Target planned inventory vs actual inventory variance on weekly basis, and take pro-active action plan to balance stock.
负责监督每周库存水平和预测，对活动件进行ABC分析, 每周和计划员分析目标库存vs实际库存差异， 提前采取措施平衡库存。
11)Responsible for stock aging report, E&O analysis.
负责库存库龄分析报表，E&O分析。
12)    Responsible for team KPI achievement (OTD, inventory turnover, cost etc.) .  
负责团队KPI指标（准时交付率，库存周转率，成本控制等）的达成。 
13)    Responsible for cost control and Kanzen, achieve cost target.
负责成本控制和Kanzen优化，达成费用指标。
14)    Participate in the construction of quality culture and clarify quality requirements (IATF16949) and CSR.
参与质量文化的建设，明确各项质量要求（IATF16949)和客户特殊要求。
