About The Team

From conventional transmissions or electric central drives, to flexible modular systems for hybrid or all-electric driving, to digital networking of mechanical systems, ZF's product range is as diverse as the use cases. We design and develop products that contribute to higher productivity in daily use on and off the road. Now we are sourcing a new colleague Sales Manager - Special Driveline at our location of Shanghai. 

What you can look forward to as a Sales Manager - Special Driveline?

  • Acts as a business interface between OEM and ZF. Achieving sales targets in terms of volume and margin for specific segment customers. Follow ZF work process for sales management, incl. new business development and current business maintenance.
  • Commercial topics management, incl. contract, pricing management, AR management, Open Order, and FCST, etc.
  • Order Acquisition ownership, leading offering activities and negotiation, consistently with the segment targets.
  • Key account strategy deployment, implementation, and monitoring to achieve KPI, following ZF strategy and target.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers on time.
  • Close customer relationship management from top to implementation level. Leading projects for properly improving Customer Satisfaction.
    Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Cooperate with the technical department for technical information requested by customers.
  • Be responsible for other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving the company’s objectives.

Your profile as a Sales Manager - Special Driveline?

  • Bachelor's or above, related to automotive or mechanical engineering, or a commercial major.
  • Min. 5 years working experience in sales and/or marketing, network of contacts in Off-Highway Electrification is preferred.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills. Has the ability in problems solving and negotiate
  • Frequent in English and Mandarin with reading and writing. Willing for frequent travel nationaly.
