Network Engineer

We are look forward a new colleague to join us at Songjiang, Shanghai.

Your Task:
•    Serve as a global team member for Wide Area Networks (WAN) responsible for the support of 400+ sites globally.
•    Responsible for the support, deployment and troubleshooting of WAN connections worldwide.
•    Evaluate, site design, implement and operate global WAN standards.
•    Operational support of hardware and software installation/deployment regarding Network services in challenging high-pressure situations.
•    Assist, work and support of frequently changing and challenging IT projects to support our customer needs.
•    Work together with other internal teammates and external vendors to support our environment.
•    Consult with application development teams regarding performance of applications in the WAN.
•    Adhere to and ensure compliance with global IT standards for ZF standard processes, procedures, and system requirements.
•    Participation in future development of the network, e.g. software defined network.
 
Your Profile:
•    Associates degree with experience in Computer Science, or Information Technology/Management
•    3+ years of IT Networking experience
•    Working knowledge of Wide Area, Routing, Switching and Networking Security
•    Ability to write infrastructure-related scripts to automate manual tasks plus streamline operational activities
•    Proven organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and ticketed issue requests
•    Proficient with oral and written English
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability/willingness to travel (up to 20% including domestic and international)
