About the Team
We are looking for a new intern in R&D Center at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.
What you can look forward to as a Motor Intern :
-
Analyze requirements, develop control algorithms, and design & implement test vectors to ensure functionality meets specification requirements.

Support requirement definition and system architecture design for motor control–related functions.

Support internal and external issue analysis and resolution (Debug / Issue Resolution).

Develop tools and analysis methods for control algorithm development, parameter tuning, and system calibration.

Deliver production-level software code based on auto code generation tools, fully tested and verified.
Your Profile as a Motor Intern:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s student majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electric Machines & Drives, Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields.

Language requirement: CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above.

Experience with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) control projects; familiar with C programming, MATLAB/Simulink, or other engineering tools.

Strong learning ability and hands-on skills; proactive and self-motivated; excellent problem analysis and solving skills; able to understand and debug complex software systems.
