Motor Intern

About the Team

We are looking for a new Inern in R&D Center at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Motor Intern:

• Analyze requirements, develop control algorithms, and design and implement test vectors to ensure functionality meets requirement specifications.
• Support requirement definition and system architecture design for motor control–related functions.
• Support analysis and resolution of internal and external issues (debugging / issue resolution).
• Develop related tools and analysis methods for control algorithm development, parameter tuning, and system calibration.
• Deliver tested and validated production-ready software code based on automatic code generation tools.

Your profile as a Motor Intern:

• Undergraduate or graduate student currently enrolled, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Machines and Apparatus, Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Information, or related majors.
• Foreign language proficiency: CET-6 (College English Test Band 6).
• Project experience related to Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) control; familiar with C programming, MATLAB/Simulink, or other engineering software.
• Strong learning ability and hands-on skills; proactive and highly motivated at work; strong problem analysis and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to understand and debug complex software systems.
