Mobile Service Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague in the Div E. at our location in Songjiang Shanghai.

 

Your tasks:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customer dealerships and technical hotline to provide direct technical support in regards to ZF automatic transmission diagnosis, electrified powertrain parts, such as eVD, e motor, etc.
  • Investigate failures on vehicles (on-site when needed) to determine root cause with advanced knowledge of powertrain and diagnosis skills and engineering tools e.g. INCA, AZG, SDD, Pathfinder, etc.
  • Create regular statistic reports for field situation.
  • Document cases in customers system.
  • Document cases in ZF's SAP database.
  • Detect weak spots in customer diagnosis and repair process. Provide advices for improvement to avoid unnecessary replacement and reduce warranty cost.
  • Participate and collaborate at customers internal discussions, and act as interface between the service hotline, ZF China and ZF Germany and ZF USA.
  • Collaborate with the ZF Development and Quality department for continuous improvement of the product.

 

Your profile:

  • Experienced in analysis process, methodology, hardware, etc.
  • Be familiar with lab analysis and automotive components manufacturing process.
  • Experienced in lab accreditation process.
  • Strong learning ability and good communication skills.
  • Be able to balance conflict tasks and practice challenge performance.
  • Experience in agile mindset and activities.
  • Be good at increase commitment and involvement of employees.
