Your tasks:

• Accountable for the development of the related Purchasing Strategy incl. cost competitiveness of its sub domain
• Accountable for the execution and sustainability of the related Sub Domain Purchasing Strategy
• Set the OP targets in alignment with Domain Purchasing manager
• Lead Global negotiation with strategic suppliers and steer global purchasing team with regional suppliers
• Drive the approach “in the region for the world” to achieve Sourcing Excellence

Your profile:

• Professional: Virtual Leadership skills to lead multicultural Networks; Change management and persuasion skills; Professional in Negotiations; Substantial Knowledge of TCO and supply market; Good Financial Knowledge and cost orientated.
• Personal: Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking; well coordinated and service minded team player; Rigor in managing challenging targets.
• Experience: More than 8 years work experience in global sourcing and more than 4 years in management position.
• Travel：less than 30%
