Mechanical Validation Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague in Division E at our location in Songjiang, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Coordinating and controlling of the test activities within the development project
• Planning and definition of validation plan (DVP)
• DoE and structural durability analysis
• Managing test samples and coordinating the internal and external tests with documentation of the measuring analysis results within the project
• Technical interface for ZF internal testing departments and the project team

Your profile:

• 3 years or more working experience in planning and organizing of test benches is necessary. Experience with validation in automotive industry is mandatory (testing connected to electric drivers for passenger vehicle is necessary)
• Good knowledge about durability and reliability is necessary
• Basics about statistic methods like DoE is requested
• Experiences with vibration, durability and environmental testing
• Experience with electric machine development is a must (best case validation/testing)
