Mechanical Design (Global) Team Leader

We are currently expanding our Mechanical Design team and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

Your tasks:

• Technical analysis. Output the technical requirement and risk for each station according to the specification and concept;
• Planning and arrangement for each station;
• Daily checking and weekly report. Check the status of each station with design members every day to control the timing and give the feedback to MD head;
• Provide technical support. Lead the team members to solve the problem;
• 3D structure checking. Keep the quality of design for each station during the designing time;

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree, major in mechanical related
• At least 5 years experience in mechanical design of non-standard automatic production line
• Good command of Spoken and written English
• Experience in team management
