工作职责内容 Key Responsibilities

1. Electromagnetic design and sizing for mechatronic parts base on specification, requirement and stakehouders input.

根据标准和需求等输入进行机电产品的电磁、尺寸等设计。

2. Functionality simulation in Matlab, motor CAD, CANape, etc for mechatronic product

在Matlab/simulink, motor CAD, CANape等环境中进行机电产品的功能仿真

3. Collorbrate in ZF global team for model verification and maintenance

与全球团队合作进行模型的验证与维护

4. Support of the development and verification of software for mechatronic parts

支持机电一体化产品的软件开发与验证工作

5. Support of electrical power pack HiL testing setup, data analysis and reporting.

支持电动单元的硬件在环测试搭建、数据分析以及报告

6. Other jobs arranged by team leader.

职位任职者需要展现的专业能力Requirement, Professional Skills and Abilities

1. Familiar with mechatronic components like BLDC motor, Solenoid etc.

熟悉无刷电机, 电磁阀等机电一体化产品

2. Familiar with ECU PCBA layout and HW components.

熟悉印刷电路板排布和硬件零件

3. Knowhow on BLDC motor control methods, like FOC, block commutation etc

了解直流有刷电机的换向控制方法，比如FOC，方波控制等

4. Excellent mechatronics component developing and validation ability

优秀的机电零部件的开发及验证能力

5. Strong learning ability and good communication skills. Experience in HiL testing is preferred

优秀的自学能力和沟通能力. 具备硬件在环试验经验者为佳
